Shipping policy

Ordering Information

Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays, and we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO addresses.

Most orders require an adult signature to ensure safe delivery.  

Standard Shipping Costs:

Shipping rates depend on the destination. Rates listed below in USD:

  • USA $15.00 (Ground 3-5 Days)
  • USA $35.00 (Express 2 Day pm)
  • Hawaii and Alaska $37.00
  • Canada and Mexico $37.00
  • All Other International $50.00

 

Processing and Delivery Times

All orders are processed within two business days. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday and all purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Overnight deliveries will be sent overnight as soon as they are processed within the two business days.  No Saturday delivery.

Unless another option is selected, your order will be shipped by Standard Ground from our Los Angeles warehouse. 

 

How long will my order take to ship?

Most orders require 24-48 hours to process. We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

The 24-48 hour processing time refers to the amount of time it takes to push your order through the warehouse system; this includes being picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. Shipping method does not include processing time, so your overnight shipment may not come the day after you order.

You will receive an email confirmation once the order has been shipped. Please note, processing times do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Shipping within the USA and Canada

For shipping within the USA and Canada, we use ground service. Once your order has been received a tracking number will be sent to the email address.  Our standard deliveries usually arrive within 2-6 business days of shipment, depending on your location.

Shipping to the UK, Europe, South America, Australia, the Middle East and the Caribbean

For shipping outside of the USA, we use International Economy. Once your order has been received a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided on the order. All international deliveries must be signed for. Please ensure your delivery address is attended and provide a business address where possible, or such other address where someone will be able to sign for the delivery between 9am and 5pm.

Customer is responsible for all Duties and Taxes.

  

Lost / Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact Customer Service at support@wearcissa.com.

Note: we do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address.

 

Currency, Taxes & Customs Duties

Please note that all product prices indicated and payments made on our USA online store site are in USD (American Dollars).

Orders to countries outside the United States may be subject to import taxes and/or duties, which are applied when your parcel reaches your country. The purchaser is responsible to pay for all custom’s duties on your purchase. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
